Ivy Sue Haines

Ivy Sue Haines, 23 months, of New Palestine, passed away on May 19, 2015 in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on June 15, 2013 in Indianapolis to Christopher Haines and Alexis Phillips.
Survivors include; brothers; Gary Haines, Allen and Wolf Phillips, sister; Jaylynn Haines, grandparents;  Susan and Dennis Bushi, Jeff and Jean Haines, Lorie and Tom Madden and James and Colette Hughes.

Services will be on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 11:00am at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel with Visitation from 9:00am up until the time of service at the mortuary.

Burial will be in the Park Cemetery, Greenfield, IN
