Grace M. (Mathews) Osman

Grace M. Osman, 83, passed away on November 11, 2015 in Indianapolis. She was born on April 13, 1932 in Kingston, Tennessee to George  and Rosetta Adams Mathews. She was the widow of Mitchel G. Osman.  Survivors include; daughters, Rose and Georgia Osman, 7 grandchildren , 9 great-grandchildren. Grace had a great gift of writing poetry and songs. The following poem written by Grace (unknown date) is most appropriate at this time. With Faith and In Prayer Today I'm going to Jesus with faith and in prayer,and I'm taking all my burdens which are heavy for me to bare. when I was with the devil he made me think I was having a good time, but that was his only way of keeping me in his foolish line. So today as I am going to be with Jesus I am so happy to declare " That I am forever forsaking the devil The prince of the air. Today I'm going to Jesus with faith and in prayer. I AM hoping there will be many others who will eventually follow me there. Oh it makes Jesus so happy for anyone to come to him and share his great love, as he leads them to heaven with faith and in prayer.

Service will be on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 5:00pm with Visitation from 3:00pm until time of service at the Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel.
