William "Billy" John Biltz,66, Camby, Indiana, passed away on January 29,2023 in Greenwood, Indiana. He was born on December 21,1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Survivors include, wife, Jennifer Kay Montgomery Biltz.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, William Francis and Sandra Jean Biltz and his grandparents, Mary Peterson and Joe Fears, Ernie and Helen Biltz.
Over the course of his career, he worked in concrete, as a welder and as a construction dough mixer. Billy enjoyed the outdoors including fishing, boating and camping. He took great joy in going to celebrations and attending concerts. He enjoyed music and harmonizing. He was passionate about cars and Mopar's.
Billy is known for saying "I am what I am and that's all that I am" and "Talk to the hand!"
