Survivors include, fiance, Lynn Smith; former spouse, Donna Barnhart; sisters Rita (Victor) Reffett, Jeanette E. Jackson; brother, Eugene (Sandy) Reed; nephew, Damon Jackson.
Preceded in death by parents, Gale Reed and Josephine Allen; brother, Monty Reed; grandparents, Thomas & Ester Angle and Ada & Garland Reed; nephew, Jacob lee Jackson.
Teddy loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and women.

Service will be Wednesday January 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock, 2310 W Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46222 with visitation from 12:00 PM until the time of service at the mortuary. Officiating is Pastor Shannon Ivers.
