Scott Patrick Hoffner, 61, Fowler, IN passed away October 3, 2023 in Indianapolis, IN. He was born on March 17, 1962 in Kankakee, IL.

Survivors include parents, Jerry & Carol Hoffner; son, Jerry (Jillian McLain) W. Hoffner II; daughter, Kerry (Scott E. Bowen Sr.) L. Bowen; sister, Tracie Filyaw (Hoffner); brothers, Kevin (Sue) Hoffner, Jeffery Hoffner, Christopher (Kim) Hoffner; girlfriend, Tara Allen; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 5 Aunts & Uncles; 5 cousins.

Preceded in death by long time partner, Janet Loyd; brother, Randy Hoffner.

Scotty was a respectable man with a sarcastic sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren especially his great granddaughter Starly. He loved being outdoors with some chicken on the grill. You can most likely find him fishing while listening to some country or classic rock during his free time. He was a Chicago Bears fanatic. Scott had a love for animals especially his dogs Berkart, Jewel, and Teddy.

Memorial services for Scott Patrick Hoffner will be held at Jensen Funeral Home ( 3639 E. State Rt. 17 Kankakee, IL 60901) on October 28, 2023 from 1:00PM until 4:00PM. Officiating will be Minister Debora White.
