Becky loved God and her family with all of her heart. She doted on her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild, and her brothers meant the world to her. Her mother, Ann Bishop, was her best friend. Becky loved children and loved helping them. She served as a Sunday school teacher at Westside Apostolic Church for many years. Becky, who loved to fish, eat wild game such as deer and squirrel, was a homemaker who devoted her life to her kids. In fact, her love also extended to her children’s friends, who she also treated like family. She “adopted” scores of people in her neighborhood and church. Outside of her family, Becky loved to sing, write music, play the guitar and piano and create art. Her artistic abilities shine to this day through her kids and grandkids, Her passion for music was tremendous to witness. She always wanted her family to find music in their lives. She would say, “Music is an escape, and I want them all to pick it up in any capacity to help them escape when they are going through something in their lives.” She even started a YouTube channel to record her music. Becky said, “I’m writing all these songs so my kids, grandkids, and great grandkids can listen to me sing for them when I’m gone.” https://www.youtube.com/@beckann2795
