Patrick John Monaghan

Patrick John Monaghan, 69, Westfield, IN passed away on September 23, 2021 in Westfield, IN. He was born on July 19, 1952 in Indianapolis, IN 

Survivors include wife, Robin Houtzer Monaghan, son, Kevin (Hallie) Monaghan; daughter, Kellie (Jeff) Flager; sisters, Frances (Jerry) Ryan and Catherine Bailey; brothers, Michael (Beth) Monaghan and Stephen (Stephanie) Monaghan;5 Grandchildren Jacob, Ashley, Brynn, Elaina, and Hayden.  

Preceded in death by mother, Audrey Monaghan; father, John Monaghan; brother, Timothy Monaghan. 

Patrick was a graduate of Broadripple High School. After graduating high school, he served in the Army from 1970-1973. After serving in the Army, he met the love of his life, Robin Houtzer, and they were married on September 25, 1976. Patrick had a successful career in retail management. He retired from CVS in 2012. After retirement he enjoyed working for his friends at Carmel Glass and Mirror. Patrick's hobbies included golf, watching Notre Dame Football, Monaghan/Amos family reunions, and attending his grandchildren's events.

Service will be on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00pm at Venture Christian Church, 14501 Hazel Dell Pkwy, Carmel, IN 46033 with Visitation from 11:00am until the time of the service at the church.
