Norman Jones Obituary

Norman Russell Jones, 89, Greenfield, IN passed away July 21, 2021 in Greenfield, IN.  He was born on September 15, 1931 in Lawrence, IN

Survivors include wife, Edna Mae Keeton Harper Jones; son, Kevin Jones (Penni); daughters, Stephanie Duncan (Tim), Carletta Sullivan (Gary); step-daughter, Vivian Lobb; step-sons, Kenny Keeton (Krista) and Tim Keeton (Amanda); several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by father, Alva Elworth Jones and mother, Edith Edna Jones; wives, Lois, Mary and Nancy; brothers, Robert, Richard and Charles; sisters, Dorothy, Mary Jane and Francis.

Norman was employed by Citizen's Gas for 38 years and was a driver for Bell Professional Mortuary Services for nine years.  He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Greenfield and his hobbies included camping.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a 1:00 funeral service at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130.  Officiating the service will be Pastor Thomas Hensley.  Burial will be at Asbury Cemetery, Morristown, IN.
