Survivors include sisters, Melanie (Ronald) Riley and Michelle (Owen) Hack; brother Michael (Daywyn) Scott; many aunts, uncles and several cousins.

Preceded in death by parents, Norman and Marilyn Scott and brothers Jeff and Kevin Scott.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
