Dorothea Joann Dibbern, 87, Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on January 11, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on July 24, 1935 in Macomb, Illinois.
Joann is survived by her sons, Gerald (Lisa) Dibbern and Joel (DeeAnn) Dibbern; daughters, Julie (Kevin) Barry and Jackie J. Dibbern; sister, Sandee Clark; nieces, Taina, Beth, and Peggy; nephews, Charles and Richard Dibbern; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John David Dibbern and her parents Delbert, Osie Millard and great granddaughter Chloe Kay Dibbern.
Joann loved to do embroidery and spend time with her family.
Service will be Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Ellenberger United Church of Christ, 5520 E 10th Street (at Ritter Avenue), Indianapolis, IN 46219 with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the church. Officiating the service will be Pastor Alan Blakeburn.
