Donald L. Mayes

Donald L Mayes, 58, of Indianapolis, IN passed away December 11, 2018. Donald was born in Evansville, IN, on December 19,1959. He was the son of the late Betty Jeanine (Madden) and Yule Barton Mayes. Donald was also preceded in death by his brother, Brock Mayes. Survivors are ex-wife, Dianna Christensen Mayes; sons, Joshua Mayes, and Daniel Mayes; sister, Betty (Dennis) Jackson; brothers, Steve (Barbara), David, and Jeff (Linda); grandchildren, Jordan, Amanda and Jeremiah Mayes; 4 nephews; 10 nieces and many cousins.

Donald worked via Local 561 in Evansville, IN as a young man. He married in 1988. He also worked for the Bible Church from 1988 to 1996.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family in c/o Dianna Christensen Mayes to help cover funeral expenses.

Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 2018 from, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with services following at 4:00 PM. Officiating will be Brother James Julien of The Bible Church.
