Survivors include, husband, John Middleton; sons, Kenny (Lexi Scott) Middleton, Steve ( Amanda) Middleton, Ryan (Kristina) Middleton, Charlie (Samantha) Middleton; sister, Ginger Utz, Cindy Richmond; brothers, Mack Neal, Harry Neal, Spencer Penrose, Christian Penrose, William Kinder; 11 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by, Pappy and Minnie Neal; daughter, Sammi Joe Middleton.
Debbie loved gardening and traveling to Florida and Montana.

Celebration of life will be on August 5, 2023 at 3:00PM at the Middleton Home.
