Bruce "Dale" Stansberry Sr, 58, Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on January 23, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on May 11, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He is survived by his wife Doramma Stansberry, daughters Kendra L. Burns and Brittany D. Stansberry; sons Bruce D. Stansberry Jr, Bryce D. Stansberry and Boaz D. Stansberry; brothers Larry Stansberry, Louis Stansberry, Lorenzo Stansberry, Nathaniel Stansberry, Leroy Stansberry, and Dennis Stansberry; sister Linda Stansberry; grandchildren Dominique C. Cosby Jr, Kash M. Cosby, Angalo C. Hill, Noahz S. Stansberry/Garth, Jaidanae D. Galbreath, Destiney M. Austin, Tatiana A. Stansberry and Miracle M. Cosby. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dale is preceded in death by his father Ralph Stansberry, mother Louise Stansberry, sisters Hattie Stansberry and Joyce Wallace and brother James Stansberry.
Bruce was known as "Dale" and "Big Bruce". He worked many years as a construction worker as well as many years doing concrete and asphalt work. He was known to have several favorite sayings. He could be heard saying, "It don't make no difference, I'm taking care of our kids", "You can't beat me!" and "You can't out cook me!"
Dale will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
There will be a private Celebration of Life for Bruce at a later date.
