Wilma F. (Ashworth) Herron

Wilma F. (Ashworth) Herron, 86, passed away November 5, 2016 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, IN. She was born on January 16, 1930 in Finly, IN to the late Floyd L. and Inez L. (Alford) Ashworth.
Survivors include Husband; Doug Herron of New Palestine, IN, daughters; Kathy (Faut) Collins of New Palestine, and Cindy (Mark) Woodward of New Palestine, IN, son; Steve (Jill) Herron of New Palestine, IN, grandchildren; Angie Armstrong, Ryan Collins, Amy Herron, Brian Woodward, Katie Herron, Lucas and Kurt Woodward, great grandchildren; Caleb, Olivia and Lauren Dickson, Mackenzie Collins, Lilly Armstrong, and Callen Dickson. Preceded in death by parents, sisters; Helen Frye and Jane Tweedy, and brother; Jerry Ashworth.
Wilma loved spending time with her grandchildren, bird watching, flowers and her dog Hailey.
Services will be on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 1:30pm in Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Visitation will be from 10:00am up until time of service at the mortuary. Officiating by Pastor Carl Coffey. Burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery, New Palestine, IN.
