Wilma Janell Allen, 62, of Spencer passed away July 10, 2013. Wilma was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 22, 1951, the daughter of the Late Edythe K. (Cornwell) and James Edward Hopper. She served in the U.S. Air Force.
She is survived by her son, Greg (Paula) Polston; daughter, Edye (Roger) Simpson,; seven grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
