William L. Payne , 19, of Indianapolis, passed away June 2, 2016. He was born in Winter Haven, FL on October 30, 1996.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 12:00 pm at West Park Christian Church, 24 N. Addison Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222 with Visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service at the church. Officiating the service will be Pastor Rob Wilkes.
Arrangements are being handled by Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, Indianapolis, IN.
