Wilbur D. Powers, 89 of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 10, 1923 to the late Stephen W. and Elenora (Newberry) Powers. He is survived by his son, Mark Powers.
