Westley Merrill

Westley "Magoo" Maeson Merrill, 19, Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on June 1, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on June 12, 2006 in Avon, Indiana to his parents Angel and Cameron.

Survivors include his mother, Angel Merrill; father Cameron Merrill; sisters Sydney Merrill and Khloe Merrill; brothers Jaxstin Merrill and Griffin Merrill; grandmother Terry Gates; grandfather Richard Merrill; girlfriend Olivia Mills as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins that loved and adored him.

Westley is preceded in death by his grandmother Vanessa Merrill, his grandfather Donald Bushee II and great Mema Marion Bourn.

Westley graduated from Monrovia High School in Monrovia, Indiana. After school, he worked in construction doing home remodeling. Westley had the biggest heart a person could have. He loved his family and was fiercely protective of them especially his siblings. He was reliable and would help anyone who needed him. He was a free-spirit with a funny and goofy personality. He loved to sing, even if he didn't know all of the words. He enjoyed the outdoors specifically fishing and hunting. He took pride into getting a turkey and a seven point buck. Westley was a true treasure to all that knew and loved him. He will forever be remembered for his kind heart.

A funeral service will be at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, Indiana, 46130. at 1 pm on Monday, June 8, 2026, with visitation from 11:00 am until time of the service. Pastor Danny Thomas is officiating.
