Wesley Gene Hansen, 63, passed away on August 9, 2015 in Indianapolis. He was born on January 15, 1952 in Hastings, Nebraska.
Wesley was a 1970 graduate of John Marshall High School, and was also an outstanding football player.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl T. and Marjorie (Dietz) Hansen. Survivors include his wife; Sandy, and his sons; Harrison (Dr. Leili Haas) Hansen of Florida, and Lt. Cameron Hansen, U.S. Army. Other survivors include his brothers; Glen (Lorenzo) Pacheco of Glendale, CA, Carl (Carolyn) Hansen of Indianapolis, and his sister; Sheri (Alex) Rogers of Noblesville, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to stop by between 2:30pm to 7:30pm to visit with the family during a Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at the Oaklandon Unitarian Universalist Church at 6450 Oaklandon Road, Indianapolis, IN.
