Walter Phillip Brooks

Walter Phillip Brooks, 81, of Indianapolis, IN passed away March 27, 2020. He was born in Indianapolis to the late Lucille (Burks) and William Brooks,Sr. Survivors include daughters, Phyliss Brooks-Bell, of Minn.,  Dedra Brooks; sisters, Anna L. Bradley, Norvella Dudley; brothers, Luther T. (Emily) Evans of California, Cornell (Jo Alice) Brooks; seven grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Walter loved to sing.   He loved all of his family, tinker around with automobiles and was a very good handy man for family and neighbors.  He will truly be missed.

There will be no services at this time.
