Victor Hubert Ingalls , 79 of Indianapolis, passed away on July 25, 2012. He served in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Janice Ingalls (Poer); son, Kevin Summers; daughters, Theresa Close and Gale Cyrus; grandchildren, Angela, Chris and Michael Close, Jennifer Hicks, Matthews Summers, Leslie Manes, Jason and Brandon Cyrus; great-grandchildren, Kaileb, Ian and Kaiden Hicks, Makeon and Maklayn Manes, Nevaeh Borum and Brooklyn Close.
