Survivors include sons, Andrew (Chrissy) Dean, John (Kelsey) Neal; daughters, Lindsey (Larry) Dotson; sisters, Rae (Mike) Ratcliff, Ronnetle (Gary) Neal; brother, Buddy Neal; 4 grandchildren; 3 aunts & uncles; 4 cousins; friend, Wayne McCarty.
Preceded in death by wife, Gay J. Neal
Tony was an employee for Wayne Construction. He liked hunting and fishing, and was a loving father and grandfather.
Service will be Thursday September 22, 2022 at 1:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, 2310 W Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46222 with visitation from 11:00am until the time of service at the mortuary. Officiating the service will be Pastor Terri Mullinix. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery
