Survivors include; Son; Chris (Kathy) Stephens, stepson; Telly Hayes, stepdaughter; Heather Crabtree, Sister; Joni Lett, nieces; Amy and Elizabeth, grandchildren; Megan Stephens, step grandchildren; Josh (Kerri) Vittorio, Stormie Grant, Brooklyn Grant, five great grandchildren, companion; Prudie Bowman.
