Timothy Eugene Rice , 45, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky passed away on March 26, 2014. He is survived by his daughters; Xandra and Xashia Rice, mother; Barbara Kluender, father; Jimmy Rice, stepfather; Russell Kluender, sisters; Tina (Roy) Evans and Tiffany Kluender, brother; James Rice.
