Thomas A. Ratcliff, 18, of Indianapolis, IN passed away October 23, 2016. He is survived by parents, Cynthia & Michael Ratcliff Jr.; brother, Michael Ratcliff III; and grandparents, Thom & Emma Cook, Michael & Raeann Ratcliff Sr. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bethany Jean Ratcliff.
Services will be held Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 10:00 am at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46222, with Visitation on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 pm at the mortuary.
Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
