Thomas Lee Poindexter, 14, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 4, 2015 at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on September 19, 2001 in Indianapolis to John and Sandra (Sage) Poindexter.
Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 7:00pm in Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel with Visitation from 3:00pm until time of service at the mortuary.
