Thomas (Tom) Marvin Apgar , 77, New Palestine, IN passed away on February 13, 2024 in New Palestine, IN. He was born on November 20,1946 in Anderson, IN.

Survivors include, wife, Deborah (Debbie) Ward Apgar; son, John Thomas Apgar; daughter, Kimberli (Kim) Hough McCord (Mike); sister, Judith (Judy) Apgar Hay; 7 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by parents; Marvin & Nila Apgar.

Thomas was a patriotic conservative who loved spending time with his family along with fishing and snow skiing. He was a member of the Brookville Road Community Church as well as the Trinity Park Church & Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity.

The fun nicknames given to him include "Tense Tom" "Chevy Chase" "Popaw"

Celebration of Life will be Monday February 19, 2024  from 3:00pm to 6:00pm with a 6:00pm Memorial Service at Brookville Road Community Church, 7480 US 52, New Palestine, IN 46163. Officiating the service will be pastor Andy Flink.
