Thomas "Tom" Dean Wilson

Thomas "Tom" Dean Wilson 56, of New Palestine, IN passed away January 11, 2021.  He is survived in death by his spouse, Patricia J Wilson (Lewis); son, Chase Wilson; daughters, Megan (Chris) McClendon of Alabama, Amy (Nick) Harrell of Mississippi; stepsons, James (Martha) Pattison, Shawn Pattison, Kyle (Ashleigh) Pattison; sister, Carolyn (Jimmy) Dills of Muncie; brothers, John (Loretta) Wilson of Muncie, James (Opal) Wilson of Texas, Timothy (Angela) Wilson of Tennessee, Walter Lee (Donna) Wilson of Muncie; grandchildren, Maximus Lee, Shawn, Jayla, Skye, Jayden, Miya and James.  He is preceded in death by father, Edward E Wilson and mother, Mary Cravens (Sturgeon); nephew, Jeffery Dills.

Tom was a real outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, motorcycles, collecting guns, traveling and spending time with his family.  He worked at St Francis Hospital as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering department for fifteen years, retiring in 2018.

A funeral service will be on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 1:00pm. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN  46130.  Visitation will be on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the mortuary.  Officiating will be Reverend John Cummings.

Burial will be on Friday, January 15, 2021 at New Palestine Cemetery, New Palestine, IN.

Masks must be worn at both the visitation and service.  Due to Covid19 mandate limiting 25 persons per gathering, we respectfully ask to keep your visit brief so that we may rotate 25 guests at a time.  This will ensure all those who wish to pay their respects to the family may do so.
