Theodore Robert Mitchell , 50, of Indianapolis, IN passed away October 12, 2018. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN, a son of the late Mary (Davis) Schmitz and George R. Mitchell. He is survived by Stepmother, Shotzi Panchot.
Visitation will be Friday, October 26, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222.
