Preceding her in death are her parents, Earl and Louise Floyd; brother, Leroy Floyd; and sister, Linda Floyd. She is survived by her husband, Earl E. Chandler; son Earl R. Chandler; daughters Valerie J. Rutan and Veronica S. Beal; brothers Malcolm Floyd and Jeff Floyd; sister Bertha Floyd; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-granchildren.
