Sandra Kaye White
October 25, 1949 — May 5, 2008
Born to Earl and Lena Arnett Litteral, she had lived in Greenfield, Indianapolis, Alabama and Florida. She will be forever remembered by those who loved her for her sidekick guitar and rousing rendition of "House of the Rising Sun." Her laugh was infectious and to know her guaranteed her friendship. Her love for her husband, children and grandchildren was immeasurable. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Larry White; daughters, Kelly Benny Morris, Samantha Woody Whitman, Danelle Brian Burton, Ann Darin Piety; brother, Darrell Glenda Litteral; sisters, Janice Stewart, Deanna Jon Crawford, Marlena David Nickel, Colletta Bill Bumgarnder, Earlene Deryl Chew, Rhonda Greg Nickolas and Peggy Allen Cottrell; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelly Mercer Scurlock; grandson, Jordan Piety; and her parents. Memorial contributions may be made to VFW, Hancock County Sheriff Dept., Clothe-A-Child Foundation and Hancock County Humane Society, in lieu of flowers
