Ruth A. Brown

Ruth Brown , 83, passed away on December 22, 2024 in Greenfield, IN.

Ruth was born on December 2, 1941 in Lansing, MI to Arthur Dilley and Mildred Pearson. Ruth married Donald Brown on April 15, 1967. The couple had 6 children, Anna Hinton, David Brown, Vicki Sills, Linda Brown, Robert Brown and Christopher Brown.

Ruth had a passion for cooking and would welcome anyone to her table. She is fondly remembered by many for her warm heart and generous spirit. She was fun, creative, and never short of advice for those in need.

Ruth is survived by her children, Anna Hi ton, David (Dana) Brown, Vicki (Scott) Sills Robert (Kim) Brown, Christopher (Teri) Brown, 19 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Dilley and Mildred Pearson, her husband, Donald Brown, and her daughter, Linda K. Brown.

The Memorial Service for Mrs. Ruth Brown will be held on January 4, 2025, at Brandywine Community Church, 15 New Road, Greenfield, IN 46140.

Visitation will be from 10:00am to 12:00pm with a service immediately following.

Lunch will be served following the service.
