Robert J. Wilson, Sr.

Robert "Bob" J. Wilson,
78 of Avon, IN passed away after a brief illness on May 24, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Nov. 17, 1933 to the late Osie & Cassie Wilson. He served in the Navy for 4 years. After a honorable discharge he worked 33 years at United Technology retiring in 1992. He is survived by his wife Sharon (Cooper), children Michael (Dee) Wilson, Bobby Wilson & Patti (Sam) Rosenberg, sister, Lucille Harrison, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by sisters, Dorothy Ray and Nell Moler and brothers,
Jack Wilson & Glen Wilson. Also surviving are many nieces & nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 3 at 1 p.m. at Hendricks County Senior Services in Danville, IN. In lieu of flowers donations in Bob's memory may be made to the Hendricks County Senior Services.
