Robert "Bob" M. Tischler

Robert “Bob” M. Tischler , 63, of Greenfield, IN passed away June 10, 2018. He was born December 12, 1954 in Cleveland, OH to parents Carolyn E. (Kovalcik) and Lawrence A. Tischler. Survivors include girlfriend, Tammy Shepherd; sons, Robert Andrew Tischler (wife, Ashley Tischler), David Wasson; daughters, April Tischler, Lauren Tischler; brother, Kenneth Tischler; eleven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was active for many years in Hancock County Emergency Management where he enjoyed storm spotting and participating in disaster drills. He was also an avid Amateur Radio Operator (KB9DWG) who loved getting to know other operators all over the world and running a weekly “Net” for several years for operators to check in and connect across the globe.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at 489 Sedgewick Drive, Greenfield, IN 46140.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
