Robert Newcomb, Jr. , 81, of New Palestine, IN, passed away January 2, 2017 at his home. He was born January 15, 1935 in Crab Orchard, KY, to parents Robert and Stella (Spivey) Newcomb.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
