Robert David Allen , 73, of Carmel, passed away June 25, 2016. He was born July 29, 1942 in Scottsburg, IN to parents Vernon Allen and Kathleen (Ray) Allen. Robert is survived by his wife, Nancy (Petty) Allen.
A Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, Fountaintown.
