Riley Marie Chastain , 20 months, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on November 28, 2016 at Riley Hospital for Children CVICU. She was born March 9, 2015 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN to Robert A. Chastain and Katie M. (Elkins) Chastain. Riley is survived by her parents; brother, Lucas Chastain; grandparents, Cindy (Grady) Davis, Roger (Lori) Elkins, and Robert & Tessa Chastain; great grandparents, Earlene Ragsdale, Sue & Jim Fields, and Sharon Chastain.
Riley was born with a congenital heart defect and inspired many during her short time on earth. She was always smiling and brought so much joy to our lives.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Smith Valley United Methodist Church, 5293 Old Smith Valley Rd., Greenwood, IN 46143. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to the time of service at the church. Officiating will be Pastor Joe Bottorff. Burial will be at Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Greenwood, IN.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Riley Hospital Children’s Foundation in memory of Riley Marie Chastain.
