He was preceded in death by his mother, father, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife; Mary Sullivan, sisters; Cathleen Jones and Dixie Myers, brother; Hurbert Sullivan children; Kevin Sullivan, Keith Sullivan, Teresa Ballou, Dixie Sullivan, stepchildren; Terrie Edwards and Deanna Clements, 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
