Survivors include Leo Adkins, step-sons Mike (BJ) Flanagan and Josh Brammer; step-daughter Sarah Hunt; sister Leora Ramsey and brothers Ron Adkins, Jack Adkins, Randy Adkins, Dean Adkins and Jim Adkins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Imogene Adkins and his brothers Wayne Adkins and David Adkins.
Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 2:00PM at Ross Claypool Park 2300 Howard St. Indianapolis, IN 46221.
