Patrick Alan Woodward,
74, Greenfield, passed away July 30, 2015 in New Palestine. He was born on March 6, 1941 in Kendallville, Indiana. He graduated from Elkhart High School and retired from Elkhart General Hospital. He served in the Indiana National Guard. Preceded in death by his wife; Anita Woodward, mother; Inez Woodward, and a brother; Richard Woodward. Survivors include; sons; Mark (Cindy), Mike (Terri) and David (Gina) Woodward, brothers; Tom Woodward of Lake Havasu, NV, Charles (Sue) Woodward of Elkhart, IN and Bill Woodward of Palm Spring, FL, 6 grandchildren; Dalton, Kyle, Brian, Lucas, Kurt and Cooper Woodward.
Memorial Service will be on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 7pm in Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, Fountaintown, IN with Pastor Carl Coffey Officiating. The visitation will be from 5pm up until the time of service at the mortuary.
