Patricia “Pat” Jo (Everhart) Johnson , 66, of Monticello passed away February 15, 2014. She was born on November 11, 1947 in Shelbyville, IN daughter of Wayne and Verda (Patterson) Everhart . She lived in Fairland , Indianapolis and later moved to Monticello in 1979.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Daniel Johnson; children, Terry Wayne Everhart, Frances Johnson, Jeannea Madsen, Jackie Madsen and Brian Johnson; sisters, Millie Smith and Rita Richeson ; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 11:00-1:00 p.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W. US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN with Service at 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will follow in New Boggstown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Crohns & Colitis Foundation Indiana Chapter, 931 E. 86th Street, #210, Indianapolis, IN 46240, Indiana@ccfa.org .
