Patricia Leigh (Dowden) Frazee

Patricia "Pat" Leigh Frazee , born September 16, 1937 passed away on August 16, 2017. She was the widow of Kenneth "Kenny" Frazee, and her death was also preceded by Richard "Dick" Lewis, father to six of her seven children. She was survived by her seven children: Leigh McCall (Tim), Nancy Shockley (Don), Richard "Rick" Lewis (Angie), Ernest Lewis, Charles "Chuck" Lewis, Carol Boyd (Brad), and Barbara "Bobbie Jo" Frazee Dolan, as well as twelve grandchildren.

Pat was an active member of the We Care Neighborhood Association, enjoyed poetry by James Whitcomb Riley, and truly enjoyed police procedurals on television. She was known for her love of cooking as well as holiday gatherings with her family and speaking of her fond memories of life in sunny Florida before retiring in Indianapolis close to twenty years ago. On Sundays or racing days, it was to be expected she was following the day's auto or horse race, which she looked forward to and followed throughout the season.

She will be remembered in a celebration of life on September 16, 2017 at 2pm at the Wayne Township Firefighter Training Center located at 6448 West Ohio. In lieu of flowers and visitation, donations can be made to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
