Patricia Joan (Cunningham) King

Patricia J. (Cunningham) King, 92, Indianapolis, IN passed away late Sunday night, December 22,2024.

Pat is survived by daughters: Cheryll (King) Smith, Deborah (King) Kramer, Judith (King) Thayer; Sons: Kevin King, and James King (wife: Christina); 10 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Horace Augustus "Gus" King- married May 27,1951; parents: Edith (Easley) Cunningham and William J. Cunningham; Brother Wm Richard "Dick" Cunningham, and Sister, Leta (Cunningham) Mann.

Pat graduated from Franklin Twp. High School in 1950. She was active in 4-H throughout her youth and continued her work in 4-H as a leader and helping her 5 children with their many projects. Pat also enjoyed camping, horseback riding, bowling, golf, showing her prized Shropshire sheep; Plus, enjoying her husband, children, and grandchildren's many activities.  She enjoyed traveling and was lucky to visit all 50 United States. She worked and retired from Washington Sq. Macy's Dept.Store after over 25 years. She was Blessed to meet and befriend many wonderful people during her lifetime through her many years.

No viewing or services will be held at this time, but a family Celebration of Life will be held later this spring.

Donations may be made to your local 4-H and Alzheimer's organizations in her memory.
