Patricia "Pat" (Craig) Crooks, 62 of Indianapolis, passed away Oct. 21, 2013. Patricia was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 28, 1951. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Irvin J. and Marjorie A. Craig and husband, John Crooks.
She is survived by her daughter, Allison Crooks; stepdaughter, Jennifer Crooks; sisters, Martha Lennon , Marjorie Bezaury and Virginia Gholdson; brothers, David and John Craig; aunt, Virginia Parker and several, nieces, nephews and cousins.
