Oualid Maafa , 51, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on December 5, 2024 in Colton, CA. He was born on October 25, 1973 in Tebessa, Algeria.

Survivors include wife, Goldy Jimenez Maafa; mother, Aicha Maalem; stepchildren, Stella, Nathalie & Alejandro.

Preceded in death by father, Salah Maafa.

Oualid was a kind and caring person who touched the lives of everyone he met. He was always ready to help anyone in need, spreading kindness wherever he went. His positive energy lit up every room.

He loved staying active by going to the gym and eating healthy. He also had a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world, finding joy in every place he visited.

Making friends came naturally to Oualid. He loved keeping in touch with friends near and far, always cherishing meaningful conversations and shared moments. His warmth, generosity, and bright spirit will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Graveside Service will be at 2:15pm at Crown Hill Cemetery , 700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
