Mildred M. "Millie" (Beck) Sample , 91 of  Indianapolis, IN passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at IU Health Methodist, in Indianapolis. She was born on August 4, 1921 in Granger, Iowa. She is the daughter of the late Claude A. and Mable L. Beck. Mildred retired from General Motors. She is survived by husband, Floyd E. Sample; daughter, Conda (Connie) J. Barada; son-in-law, Paul W. Barada; stepdaughter, Caroline Holsinger; sister, Faye Hanson; grandchildren, Paul W. (Kristen), Will C.(Eileen) and Jonathan W. (Brooke) Barada; Great-Grandchildren, Heath, Sam, Quinn, Matthew, Nicholas, Joseph, Kate, Ellie and Benjamin Barada . A  Private memorial service was held at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel. Burial will be held in Lincoln Cemetery in Granger, Iowa at a later date.
