Mildred (Lade) Kincade , 94, of Indianapolis passed away April 15, 2018. She was born January 23, 1924 in Bourbannais, IL. She is survived by her daughter, Sally (John Sr.) Stephenson; grandchildren: Tammy Sims, John Stephenson Jr.; eight great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.
