Michael Anthony Turk , 55, of Indianapolis, IN passed away May 11, 2016. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 20, 1960, a son of the late Margaret (Miskowiec) Turk and Frank Lewis Turk Sr.. Survivors include daughters: Toni and Jamie; son, Jesse; brothers: Frank and John; nephews: Josh and Chris; nieces: Jessica and Amy; grandchildren: Breanna, KK, AJ, Gavin, Leia, Hannah, Hayley, and Tyson; friend, Bill.
Michael liked to spend his free time fishing and hunting.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 12:00 pm until time of service.
