Mary Ellen (Melton) Lindamood, 88 of Fortville, passed away February 8, 2014. She was born in McCordsville, IN on Aug. 11, 1925, daughter of Witcomb and Nellie Melton. She worked as a Dispatcher at the Noblesville Police Department.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Lindamood of Fortville; son, John E. Lindamood of Fortville; daughter, Sandra S. (AL) Huweart of Middletown ; grandchildren, Kelly J. (Beboy) Diaz, Murna L. (Tom) Lisk, Michael “Shane” Lindamood, William J. “Bill” (Telecia) Mann; great grandchildren, Cora L. (Patrick) Kinder, Kyle C. (Brittany) Howell, Bailey S., Ashley N., and Tyler M. Lindamood; Alexus J. Mann; great-great grandchildren, Jayden L . Kinder and Audrey E. Howell and several Nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel , 1444 W. US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN with a 7 p.m. Service at the Funeral Home.
