Marilyn K. (Hayes) Spivey

Marilyn K. Spivey , 74, of Indianapolis, IN passed away July 21, 2020. She was born in Crab Orchard, KY to parents Katherine (Petrey) and James F. Hayes. Survivors include son, Charles H. Spivey; grandchildren, David C. Spivey, Michael R. Spivey, Jonathan H. Spivey, Nathaniel J. Spivey; great grandchild, Ethan H. Spivey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Spivey; son, Steven C. Spivey and a grandson, Matthew S. Spivey.

Marilyn retired from a career in nursing at Community East Hospital.

There will be a private graveside service. Burial will be at Crab Orchard Cemetery in Crab Orchard, KY.
